PROCESSING TIMES
All orders placed prior to 12noon will be dispatched same day (excluding Monday,
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays).
Please note slight shipping delays may occur during peak promotional periods.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All orders are shipped Australia wide via Express Post Service with a Flat rate of
$10.
Delivery within 1-5 business days (next business day delivery to most metro areas).
Signature required for all deliveries.
Express (Australia Post) orders will be redirected to your local Post Office if your
address is unattended at the time of delivery.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL
All orders are shipped internationally from Sydney, Australia via FEDEX
INTERNATIONAL with a flat rate of AUD40.
- Prices shown are local currency & inclusive of taxes
- Delivery Duties & Taxes Paid by MELA PURDIE.
External Stockists
MELA PURDIE items purchased through external stockists, are in accordance with
the individual stockist’s purchase policy and can only be returned to their original
place of purchase.
MELA PURDIE eBoutique Returns Policy
In the event you need to return an item we offer returns on full-priced product (sale
product excluded unless faulty) purchased via the MELA PURDIE eBoutique
subject to the following conditions:
The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Garments must be in original condition & original packaging, with tags
attached. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed
will not be accepted.
Sale Items: MELA PURDIE eBoutique does not accept returns on any sale
items unless deemed faulty.

To request a return (excluding sale items), please email
customercare@melapurdie.com.au and include the following details:
- Order #
- Product Details
- Return Reason
Once approved we will email a Returns Shipping Label & instructions to return
your item.
AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC returns incur an AUD10 Return Shipping Fee.
INTERNATIONAL returns incur an AUD40 Return Shipping Fee.
Refunds
Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payment, i.e. Credit card or Paypal.
Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to
appear on your bank statement. The total amount of the refund will be minus return
shipping fee.
Sale Items
All items that have been marked down are considered 'final sale' and are ineligible
for return (including refund, credit note or exchange) under all circumstances unless
deemed faulty. Please contact our Customer Care team if you need assistance with
sizing, fabrication or styling prior to purchasing.
Cancellations
In the event of change of mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our
Customer Care team customercare@melapurdie.com.au as soon as possible.
Please note orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Faulty Items
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment.
Please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@melapurdie.com to notify
us of any issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
Colours
MELA PURDIE have made every effort to correctly display the colours of our
products. However, due to the fact that we use flash photography, as well as the
inevitable variances between computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that your
device will display a colour which is completely accurate.
