Terms of Trade

• Goods supplied by Mela Classics Pty Limited on the basis that payment is made 30 days from the date of invoice

• All goods remain the property of Mela Classics Pty Limited until payment has been received in full

• Should the customer default in the payment of any monies due under this Agreement the credit facility may be withdrawn and any future orders will be on a COD basis. The Customer may be required to pay interest at the discretion of Mela Classics Pty Limited and under the conditions of the Department of Fair Trading guidelines

• Any expenses, costs or disbursements incurred by Mela Classics Pty Limited in recovering any outstanding monies including debt collection agency fees and solicitor’s costs shall be paid by the customer

• Mela Classics Pty Limited reserves the right to discontinue and/or suspend supply of orders should an account exceed 60 days from the date of invoice

• Any claim of non-delivery, shortage in supply, or faulty or damaged items in the course of delivery must be advised immediately and an authorisation number obtained prior to the goods being returned to Mela Classics Pty Limited

• Freight for initial orders is borne by Mela Classics Pty Limited, however costs incurred for special orders requested promptly will be borne by the customer. Re-orders or additional orders will be sent with the next scheduled delivery

• The Customer shall no later than 14 days prior to any proposed change of ownership or change in registered particulars, notify the supplier of the proposed change, alteration or addition to the customer’s internal structure and shall provide full details of the proposed change, alteration or addition to Mela Classics Pty Limited. The Customer shall be liable for any goods supplied by Mela Classics Pty Limited after such change, alteration or addition unless agreed by Mela Classics Pty Limited
